Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Williams is in his fourth season with the Coyote cross country and track programs.

CROSS COUNTRY: In 2014, had a top time of 25:51 at the Inland Empire Classic, while placing 20th at the Cascade Conference Championships; as a sophomore in 2013, ran a career-best time of 25:13 at the Inland Empire Classic, while finishing as C of I's No. 1 runner at the NAIA National Championships (25:47), placing 87th overall; in 2012, had a season-best time of 26:33 at the Adidas Classic.

TRACK & FIELD: In 2015, earned All-CCC honors in the by placing third in the 10,000-meters at the CCC Championships (32:40), while placing sixth in the 5,000-meters (15:01); qualified for the NAIA Indoor National Championships in the 3,000-meters (8:38.63); in 2014, earned All-CCC honors in the 10,000-meters, placing third at the CCC Championships with a time of 32:32, while placing 15th in the 5,000-meters (15:35);  in 2013, qualified for the CCC Championships, placing sixth in the 10,000 with a time of 32:40.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Bishop Kelly High, where competed in both the 4A state cross country and track championships four times; in cross country, recorded three Top-10 finishes at the state meet, including a fifth-place finish as a sophomore; in track, recorded six Top-10 finishes at the state meet, including a seventh-place finish in the 3,200-meters as a senior; had top high school marks of 4:34 in the 1,600-meters and 9:50 in the 3,200-meters.

PERSONAL: Studying biology; son of Terry Williams and Angela Nakashima.
