Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Fritz is in his fifth season with the Coyote cross country and track programs.

2020-21: In cross country, had a top 8,000-meter time of 25:56, placed 21st at the Cascade Conference Championships and 136th at the NAIA Championships; in track, had top marks of 15:55.77 in the 5,000-meters at the Buc Scoring Invite and 33:13 in the 10,000-meters at the CCC Championships.

2019-20: In track, competed indoors in the mile (4:56) and the 3,000-meters (9:44). In cross country, was part of the travel squad to the Cascade Conference Championships; recorded a season-best 8,000-meter time of 25:50.

2018-19: In track, had season-best times of 16:35 in the 5,000-meters and 33:19 in the 10,000-meters. In cross country, was part of the travel squad to the Cascade Conference Championships, recording a season-best 8,000-meter time of 26:29.

2017-18: In track, had season-best times of 4:19 in the 1,500-meters and 16:44 in the 5,000-meters. In cross country, competed in three meets, including a season-best 8,000-meter time of 27:06 at the Warrior Invite.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2017 graduate of Boise High, where he ran both cross country and track; placed 41st at the 5A cross country state championship as a senior.

PERSONAL: Studying health and human performance.
