Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Thomas is in his fourth season with the Coyote track and field program.

TOP PERFORMANCES - TRACK & FIELD: 2022
Outdoor - 
1500: 4:12.77 (L&C Spring Break Open, March 19, 2022)
Indoor - 
600M DASH: 1:29.18 (Polar Vortex Classic, February 21, 2022)
1000M DASH: 2:51.29 (College of Idaho Icebreaker #1, February 6, 2022)

2021: Posted season-best times of 1:59.30 in the 800-meters and 4:16.13 in the 1,500-meters during the outdoor campaign.

2020: Competed at the NAIA Indoor National Championships as part of the Yotes 4x800-meter relay team; had a top 800-meter indoor time of 2:01.23.

2019: Recorded a top time of 1:57.73 in the 800-meters.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2018 graduate of Blackfoot High, where he competed in track and field; was a three-time 4A state champion in the 800-meters, recording a personal-best time of 1:56.97 as a senior.

PERSONAL: Studying health and human performance.
