Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Vrooman is in his third season with the Coyote cross country and track programs.

TOP PERFORMANCES - TRACK & FIELD: 2022
Indoor - 
1000: 2:59.43 (Polar Vortex Classic, February 19, 2022)
MILE: 5:16.16 (Polar Vortex Classic, February 19, 2022)

2023 (Track & Field): Named to the CCC All-Academic Team. 

2022 (Cross Country): Selected to the CCC All-Academic Team and named to the 2022 Daktronics NAIA Men’s Cross Country Scholar-Athlete Team.

2020-21: In cross country, placed 13th at the Walla Walla Invite with an 8,000-meter time of 31:20; in track, had a top 1,500-meter time of 4:33.37; earned Cascade Conference All-Academic Team and NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors in both sports.

2019-20: In cross country, competed in four meets, recording a top 8,000-meter time of 29:29 at the Warrior Invite. Did not compete during the indoor track season.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2019 graduate of Colfax High in California, where he won the Pioneer Valley League cross country title as a senior; clocked a 5,000-meter top time of 17:29.

PERSONAL: Studying music education.
