Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Caldwell is in his fourth season with the Coyote track and field program; is a 3-time NAIA national meet qualifier.

2021: Qualified for the NAIA Indoor National Championships in the heptathlon, placing 13th overall, with a score of 4,509 points; outdoors, recorded a season-best mark of 5,976 points in the decathlon.

2020: Qualified for the NAIA Indoor National Championships in the heptathlon, placing 13th overall; had a season-best heptathlon score of 4,563 points at the Mountain State Games.

2019: Qualified for the NAIA Outdoor National Championships in the decathlon, placing 13th overall with a score of 5,994 points; earned All-Cascade Conference honors, placing third in both the long jump (6.73 meters) and the 400-meter hurdles (56.31).

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2018 graduate of Ridgevue High, where competed in both basketball and track; had top times of 16.04 in the 110-meter hurdles and 39.83 in the 300-meter hurdles; also had a long jump mark of 21-feet, 6-inches.

PERSONAL: Studying mathematics/physics.
