AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Rivers is in his fourth season with the Coyote football program; heads into the 2019 season with 162 career tackles.

2018: Started nine games at linebacker, earning second-team All-Frontier Conference honors; ranked fourth on the team with 61 total tackles, including 10 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks; recorded a combined 25 tackles in the two games vs. Montana Tech - a season-high 15 tackles in the home match-up and 10 stops in the road overtime win.

2017: Started all 11 games at linebacker, earning second-team All-Frontier Conference honors; ranked fifth on the team with 56 total tackles, adding 7.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks; recorded a season-high 11 tackles, including three tackles for loss and two sacks in a 28-20 win over nationally-ranked Eastern Oregon; added nine tackles in a 21-6 road win at Carroll.

2016: Played in all 11 games as a true freshman as part of the linebacker rotation; led all freshmen with 45 total tackles, including a season-high seven tackles at Southern Oregon; had eight tackles for loss on the season, including three sacks, adding a 56-yard interception return for a touchdown at Southern Oregon.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2016 graduate of Corona-Centennial High in California, where he was an All-Pac 5 Conference and All-Big 8 League selection, helping his team to the CIF Open Division state title game - finishing No. 7 in the USA Today Super Prep Top-25 poll; had 118 tackles during his senior season.

PERSONAL: Studying biology; son of Melynie Rivers; cousin Kevin Burnett was a 10-year NFL veteran with the Raiders, Chargers, Dolphins and Cowboys.
