AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Mitchell is in his fourth season with the Coyote football program; holds the school record for most extra points made in a season (45), most extra points made in a career (110) and most made field goals in a career (16); heads into his senior season No. 4 on the all-time scoring list (158). 

2018: Had a banner junior season, converting 43-of-45 extra point attempts (both school records), while making 7-of-8 field goals; kicked a school-record 45-yard field goal to provide the winning points in a 17-14 road win at Montana Western - earning Frontier Conference and NAIA National Special Teams Player of the Week; made all six extra points and added a 33-yard field goal in a home win over Southern Oregon, earning Frontier Conference Special Teams Player of the Week honors, while going a perfect 8-for-8 on extra points and adding a field goal in a road win at MSU-Northern; named to the Frontier Conference All-Academic Team.

2017: Played in all 11 games as the starting kicker and punter - setting a new school record with 40 extra points made and 42 extra point attempts; twice set the school record for extra points made in a game, connecting on eight attempts against both Montana Western and Montana Tech; named Frontier Conference and NAIA National Special Teams Player of the Week after going 8-for-8 on extra points and connecting on a field goal in a 59-27 win over Montana Western; kicked a school record 43-yard field goal vs. Southern Oregon; averaged 38.1 yards on 16 punt attempts, with a long of 53; named to the Frontier Conference All-Academic Team.

2016: Played in all 11 games as the Yotes starting place kicker; connected on 27-of-28 extra point attempts, while making 5-of-8 field goals - including a game-tying 25-yard attempt in a 44-41 overtime win over Southern Oregon; made two field goals at Willamette; recorded five touchbacks on kickoffs.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2016 graduate of Bingham High, where he was the Region III Special Teams Player of the Year and a 5A All-State selection; made 48-of-49 extra points and 9-of-16 field goals, including six field goals of 40 yards or more.

PERSONAL: Studying mathematics.
