Yotes Finish Strong at PCSC Championship

Monterey Park, Calif - The College of Idaho wrapped up the PCSC Championships with several standout performances, highlighted by multiple NAIA B cuts and a record-setting swim for the Yotes.

Karl Yount led the way in the pool on the final day, clocking a 47.47 in the 100-yard freestyle to secure a B qualifying mark for the NAIA Championships.

In the 200-yard breaststroke, both Cahill Robinson and Alec Rodriquez added to the Yotes' list of national qualifying times. Robinson placed ninth in 2:05.90, breaking his own school record in the process. Rodriquez followed with a 12th-place finish, touching in 2:10.08. Both performances met the NAIA B standard.

On the boards, Mat Logston delivered one of the top results of the meet for The College of Idaho. He captured second place in the 1-meter diving event, compiling a score of 432.90 to close out a strong week.

The Yotes will now patiently await February 20, when the NAIA releases its official list of qualifiers for the 2026 NAIA Swim and Diving Championships in Elkhart, Indiana.
