2023 (Track & Field): Named to the CCC All-Academic Team...earned All-American honors with an eighth-place finish at the 2023 NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships...third in the 5000 (15:22.67) and fourth in the steeplechase (9:28.15) at the 2023 CCC Outdoor Track and Field Championships...set a PR at the Oregon State High Performance in the 5000 (14:55.09)...second in the steeplechase (9:21.67) at the 2023 Whitworth Peace Meet...second in the 5000 (14:55.35) at the L&C Friday Night Lights...on the indoor circuit, finished 15th in the 3000 (8:41.11)...ran a PR at the Whitworth Invitational in the 3000 (8:36.35).

2022 (Cross Country): Selected to the CCC All-Academic Team and named to the 2022 Daktronics NAIA Men’s Cross Country Scholar-Athlete Team...49th (8k / 25:02.1) at the 2022 NAIA Cross Country Championships...12th (8k / 25:38.5) at the 2022 CCC Cross Country Championships...fourth (8k / 24:44.7) at the Mike Johnson Classic to set a new PR...sixth (6k / 18:58.5) at the EOU Open to establish a new PR.

2022 (Track & Field): 15th at the 2022 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the steeplechase (9:34.19)...second (9:24.18) in the 3000m steeplechase and fourth (15:13.37) in the 5000 at the 2022 CCC Outdoor Track and Field Championships...second at the Portland Twilight in the 3000m steeplechase (9:25.65)...third at the 2022 Aggie Invitational in the 3000m steeplechase (9:43.03)  

2021 (Cross Country): 73rd at the 2021 NAIA Cross Country Championships (8k / 26:28)...10th at the 2021 CCC Cross Country Championships (8k / 25:51.6)...13th at the William Jessup Warrior Invitational (8k / 25:12.5).

2021 (Track & Field): Third in the steeplechase (9:51.41) and 12th in the 5000 (16:09.34) at the 2021 CCC Outdoor Track & Field Championships...won the 3000m steeplechase (9:39.78) and eighth in a PR in the 800 (1:59.19) at the Raider Invitational. 

Spring 2021 (Cross Country): 67th at the NAIA Cross Country Championships (8k / 25:51)...10th at the CCC Championships (8k / 25:14.1).

2019 (Cross Country): 128th at the NAIA Cross Country Championships (8k / 26:36.7) and 17th at the CCC Cross Country Championships (8k / 26:14.3)...10th in his collegiate debut at the EOU Open (8k / 26:41.5).

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2019 graduate of Rocky Mountain High, where he placed sixth as a senior at the 5A state cross country championships, clocking a 5,000-meter time of 15:37; in track, placed fourth as senior in the 1,600-meters (4:20) and sixth in the 3,200-meters (9:40) at the 5A state championships.
