3x All-conference 4x400, 4x400m school record 2023-24 

HIGH SCHOOL:  

Athletic accomplishments: Broke A. Basterrechea's long jump record for high school 

In the classroom: Part of Envirothon Club, ROADS Club 

PERSONAL:  

Joining the Yote Fam from Gooding, ID, Zach was raised by Alison Hurwitch and Kurtis Brown. Aside from his efforts on the track, Zach is also working hard in the classroom in pursuit of a degree in Environmental Studies. He chose The College of Idaho because “of the academic opportunities I can get, as well as the opportunity to be a collegiate athlete.”
