ACCOMPLISHMENTS AT C OF I:

Cross Country

  • 6k: 18:51.7 at the EOU Open (September 16, 2022)
  • 7k: 22:34.8 at the Dr. Thad Scholes CSI XC Classic (September 7, 2023)
  • 8k: 25:53.7 at the Cascade Conference Championships (November 5, 2022)

Track and Field

  • 1500m: 4:17.19 at the EOU Last Chance Indoor (February 17, 2024)
  • 3000m Steeplechase: 9:53.51 at the EOU Open (April 9, 2022)
  • 5000m: 15:42.59 at the 2022 CCC Outdoor Track & Field Championships
HIGH SCHOOL:
In high school, Seitz distinguished himself as a state champion in the Medley Relay. His dedication to athletics is matched by his academic achievements, as he graduated with his Associate's degree while still in high school, demonstrating a strong commitment to both his studies and sports. 
 
PERSONAL:
Joining the Yote Fam from Twin Falls, Aaron was raised by Autumn and Ryan Seitz. Aside from his efforts on the course, Aaron is also working hard in the classroom in pursuit of a degree in Accounting. He chose The College of Idaho because of the academic value of graduating from a prestigious school.
