Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Owens is in her fourth season with the Coyote swim program.

2014-15: Recorded top times of 31.03 in the 50-yard freestyle and 1:08.25 in the 100-yard freestyle.

2013-14: As a sophomore, had top times of 30.27 in the 50-yard freestyle and 1:05.93 in the 100-yard freestyle.

2012-13: Recorded top times of 6:07 in the 500-yard freestyle and 1:26 in the 100-yard breaststroke.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Beaumont High, where she was captain of the swim team as a junior and senior; had top times of 1:05 in the 100-yard freestyle and 1:27 in the 100-yard breaststroke as a senior; was a member of the National Honor Society and served as ASB secretary in high school.

PERSONAL: Studying health sciences; daughter of Stan and Jodie Owens.
