Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Schwarte is in her fourth season with the Lady Yote swim program.

2017-18: Qualified for the NAIA Championships in both the 100 and 200-breaststroke, clocking a season-best time of 1:09.29 and 2:35.45 respectively at the national meet.

2016-17: Qualified for the NAIA Championships in the 100-breaststroke, clocking a season-best time of 1:09.87 at the national meet; also helped the 200-medley relay qualify for the championship finals at Nationals, recording a time of 1:50.57.

2015-16: Finished 8th nationally in the 200-medley relay, competed in the 400-medley relay; placed 16th in the 100-breaststroke with a time of (1:09.39) at the NAIA Championships to help the Lady Yotes finish 7th overall.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate of Sheldon High, where she was the Southwest Conference champion as a senior in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:09.89); qualified for the Oregon 6A State Championships as a senior.

PERSONAL: Studying exercise physiology; daughter of Joe and Melanie Schwarte.
