Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Rowe is in her fourth season with the Coyote swim program.

2020-21: Competed in the distance events, recording top-times of 5:49.84 in the 500-yard freestyle and 19:45.53 in the 1,650-yard freestyle; named a NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

2019-20: Qualified for the NAIA Championships in three individual events - placing 12th in the 1,650-freestyle, 27th in the 400-yard IM (5:02.86) and 32nd in the 500-yard freestyle (5:26.71); established the 1,650-yard freestyle school record of 18:24.28 at the Washington Open.

2018-19: Qualified for the NAIA Championships in both distance events - placing 12th overall in the 1,650-yard freestyle (18:30.95) and 32nd overall in the 500-yard freestyle (5:28.18).

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2018 graduate of Ralston Valley High in Colorado, where she took 4th place in the 1,000-free at the Southern zone senior championships with a time of 11:35.07.

PERSONAL: Studying exercise science.
