AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Avalon is in her second season with the College of Idaho women’s swim program as a Junior swimming: Freestyle 

2022-23: Posted top times of 25.81 in the 50-yard freestyle and 5:47.14 in the 500-yard freestyle. Named to the 2023 Daktronics NAIA Women's Swim & Dive Scholar-Athlete Team.

HIGH SCHOOL: Holt High School, graduating class of 2020
