AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Ana is in her fourth season with the College of Idaho women’s swim program as a Senior swimming: Butterfly and Freestyle. Cook is also a 3-time All-American national qualifier.
2022-23: Posted top times of 24.76 in the 50-yard freestyle and 57.60 in the 100-yard butterfly. Named to the 2023 Daktronics NAIA Women's Swim & Dive Scholar-Athlete Team.
2020-21: Earned All-America honors as a national qualifier due to the cancellation of the NAIA Championships; had seasonal-best times of 25.75 seconds in the 50-yard free, 56.00 seconds in the 100-yard free and 58.64 in the 100-yard butterfly; named an NAIA Scholar-Athlete.
2019-20: Qualified for the NAIA National Championships in three individual events, placing second in the consolation final of the 100-yard butterfly (58.04), placing 33rd in the preliminaries of the 50-yard freestyle (25.26) and 49th in the preliminaries of the 100-yard freestyle (53.98); earned All-America honors on two relay teams, swimming legs in the 200-yard and 400-yard freestyle events.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2019 graduate of Mountain Home High, where she placed second at the 4A state championships in the 100-yard butterfly (1:00.33) and sixth in the 100-yard backstroke (1:06.48).
