Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Bakner is in her third season with the Coyote swim program.

2016-17: Competed in the breaststroke events, clocking seasonal best times of 1:13.90 in the 100 and 2:48.33 in the 200.

2015-16: Had top times of 1:16.45 in 100-breaststroke, 2:50.39 in the 200-breaststroke, 2:38.02 in the 200-IM; and competed in the 200-medley relay, and 200-free relay.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate of McMinnville High; where she was a member of the swim program; qualified for the Oregon Region XII Senior Championships in the 100 and 200-yard breaststroke as part of the McMinnville Swim Club.

PERSONAL: Studying anthropology/sociology and psychology; daughter of Lee Bakner.
