Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Godfrey is in her fourth season with the Coyote swim program.

2014-15: Recorded top times of 58.09 in the 100-yard freestyle and 2:07.31 in the 200-yard freestyle.

2013-14: Hit NAIA qualifying marks in the 100-yard freestyle (57.64), 200-yard freestyle (2:06.90), 100-yard butterfly (1:03.23) and 200-yard butterfly (2:19.39) - competing at the NAIA Championships in the 200-fly, while helping the 200 and 400-yard freestyle relay teams break then school records at the event.

2012-13: Qualified for the finals at the NAIA Championships in the 200-yard butterfly, while swimming a leg on the 200 and 400-medley relay teams at Nationals; recorded a season-best time of 2:21.59 in the 200-fly, establishing a then school record.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of La Grande High, where she was a part of the Oregon 4A state champion 400-free relay team; as a senior, placed fifth at state in the 200-yard freestyle (2:03.57) and in the 100-yard butterfly (1:03.67); qualified for state all four years of high school; also played volleyball and ran track as a prep.

PERSONAL: Studying business and accounting; daughter of Jim and Bonnie Godfrey.
