CALDWELL, Idaho — Ten College of Idaho student-athletes have been named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, as announced by the organization.
Five members of the Yotes beach volleyball program, Faith Faucher, Greta Valaika, Emily Lettenmaier, Ellie Baker and Sophia White, earned recognition as part of the At-Large category, which includes 12 sports. Joining them are five golfers, with Reece Garey representing the women's program and Braden Brown, Carson King, Lucas Rynearson and Nathan Ishaya representing the men.
The group was selected by the College of Idaho based on a combination of academic and athletic accomplishments, along with demonstrated leadership within their respective programs.
CSC Academic All-District nominees are limited to six selections per gender in the At-Large category at each institution. Eligible student-athletes must meet strict criteria, including minimum grade point average and participation requirements.
The honor recognizes student-athletes who excel both in competition and in the classroom, highlighting their commitment to success across all areas of the collegiate experience.
