CALDWELL, Idaho - Three members of the College of Idaho women's tennis team, Riley Cordova, Hristina Ljuba, and Nicole Tran, have been named to the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, honoring their excellence on the court and in the classroom.
To qualify, student-athletes must hold a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher and compete in at least 90 percent of their team's counting matches during the season. All three Yotes surpassed the academic threshold while playing key roles in the lineup throughout the year.
Cordova, a senior from Belen, New Mexico, is majoring in Accounting.
Ljuba, a sophomore from Belgrade, Serbia, is pursuing a double major in Business Administration and Art.
Tran, a senior from Idaho Falls, Idaho, is majoring in Psychology.
The CSC Academic All-District Team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for combined performance on the field and in the classroom, celebrating the balance required to be a successful member of society post collegiate athletics.
