COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Yotes Swim team traveled to Colorado Springs to compete at the annual Colorado College Classic. The College of Idaho went head to head against Colorado College, Univ. of Colorado, Western Colorado, and Adams State at the Schlessman Natatorium.
Headlining the Yotes was
Cahill Robinson. Robinson earned third place finishes in both the 1650m freestyle and the 200m breaststroke. He completed the final races in 19:11.15 and 2:22.52 respectively with the times being adjusted for altitude. Cam Scwarzbach swam a personal best 50 yard freestyle in 23.68.
On the ladies side,
Lily Schroer earned two personal records in the 50 yard freestyle and the 50 yard backstroke. She completed the races in 27.78 and 31.36 respectively.Â
The Yotes travel one more time next weekend to the Pacific Lutheran Univ. meet in Tacoma, Wash on January 24th before the GSAC Championships on January 30th.
