CALDWELL, Idaho - The Cascade Collegiate Conference announced
Jorge Fernandez as Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week. His weekend included 3 goals and an assist from over the weekend to pick up two critical wins in conference play.
Fernandez scored the game tying goal against Carroll College that propelled the Yotes to victory against after the Yotes faced an early two goal deficit. Fernandez then continued his run of form against Providence where he assisted on at the time a goal tying goal to make it 1-1 and then tied up the game with a goal of his own that made the game 2-2. Fernandez then scored his third goal of the weekend to take the lead and the Yotes never gave up the lead after.
