2018 Football Weekly Notes (Week 2 vs. Montana Tech)

LIVE STATS / LIVE VIDEO / LIVE AUDIO: Fans of Coyote football will have options to follow the team if they cannot make it to Simplot Stadium on Saturday. Live Stats of all home games will be available online via C of I's SIDEARM Stats Portal; a pay-per-view video broadcast of the game ($8.99 per game, $29.99 for the season) will be available through C of I's Stretch Internet Portal; while a Live Audio broadcast of the game will be available on Facebook Live through Coyote Athletics Facebook page. Voice of the Yotes, Mike Safford, will have the play-by-play on both the video and audio feeds.

TICKET / TAILGATE INFORMATION: Season tickets and Tailgate Zone spots are still available online for the 2018 football season by visiting the C of I Football Ticket Portal. General admission season tickets cost just $50, with reserved season tickets $115.  Car spots in the Tailgate Zone are $115, with RV spots $220.  The C of I ticket office inside the J.A. Albertson Activities Center will be open daily from 9 a.m. to  5 p.m., with the ticket window at Simplot Stadium opening at 11:30 a.m. on game day (individual reserved seats are $29, individual general admission tickets are $13, youth general admission tickets are $11). Parking will be available at the west end of the Simplot Stadium parking lot.
 
PERFECT AT HOME VS. TECH: C of I will put a perfect 3-0 record at home against Montana Tech on the line - including last season's 64-35 win in November. Tech made a trip to Caldwell in 1922, with C of I earning a 23-0 victory, with the Yotes rushing for 348 yards in a 41-25 victory at Simplot Stadium during the 2014 season.

DR. HENBERG TO BE HONORED: Former C of I president, Dr. Marv Henberg, will be honored at halftime of Saturday's game with the Kennison Memorial Award - the highest honor bestowed by the Frontier Conference. League commissioner Kent Paulson will be on hand to present the award, given to administrators who have made outstanding contributions to the growth and well-being of the conference. Henberg served as president of the College from 2009-15 and was instrumental in the reinstatement of the football program and the development of the physician assistant program on the C of I campus.

YOTE STEEL DAY: Saturday is the first of five themed days for Coyote football -  beginning with Yote Steel Day, as C of I will be debuting their new "steel" colored uniforms. Fans are asked to wear gray or graphite colored shirts to the game.
