CALDWELL, Idaho - Eight College of Idaho football players were named to the 2025 CSC Academic All-District Football Team, as announced by College Sports Communicators.
The Yotes honored were Ryken Echohawk, Tanner Steele, Matthew Iwamizu, Rylie Byington, Tucker French, William Botch, Corban Freese and Caden Young.
The CSC Academic All-District teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Nominees must maintain strict GPA and participation requirements that demonstrate a strong commitment to both sides of the student-athlete title.
The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes football honorees across four divisions: NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA, with Academic All-District honorees considered for advancement to the national ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced Jan. 27, 2026.
