MILITARY APPRECIATION DAY: Saturday is the annual Military Appreciation Day at Simplot Stadium, with all active military or veterans receiving free admission to the game. In addition, it is C of I's Senior Day, as the eight senior student-athletes on the team will be honored in a pregame ceremony.

LOOKING FOR A FOUR GAME WIN STREAK: A win today would extend a C of I win streak to four games - which would be the longest since football returned in 2014. The Yotes last win streak of longer than three games was in 1969, when Ed Bonaminio's squad opened the season 5-0. The club has won 5-or-more games in a row 10 times - including a 7-game win streak between the 1948-49 seasons, an 8-game win streak between the 1934-35 seasons, and a 14-game win streak between the 1952-53 seasons.
YOTES STOP ANOTHER TOP-25 TEAM: The Coyotes 45-34 win over Southern was their seventh victory over a Top-25 team and their second in a row. Since football returned in 2014, the Yotes have played 27 of their 52 total games against Top-25 teams (not including two against NCAA Division I foes) - with 10 of the games against Top-10 teams. Today's game will be the fifth game against a nationally-ranked squad this year - joining games against then-ranked No. 4 SOU, No. 14 SOU, No. 21 Rocky Mountain and No.25 Montana Tech.
SENIOR DAY: Saturday marks the final home game for the 2018 C of I football senior class. Four true seniors - safeties Nik Lyons and
James Silva, along with receivers
Wes Fitzpatrick and
Chris Waters - will be joined by redshirt juniors in defensive linemen
James Roy and
Landon Clark-Gammell, along with tight end
Tyler Reay and receiver
John Horn, for a pregame celebration on the field.
