Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Barsanti is in his fourth season with the Coyote swim program.

2017-18: Competed in the 200-free throughout the season, recording a top time of 1:56.41 at the Husky Invitational.

2016-17: Competed in the 200-free at the NAIA Championships, recording a season-best time of 1:49.56; also was a part of the 12th-place 800-free relay team; established NAIA "B" marks at the Husky Invite in both the 500-free (4:57.50) and the 1,650-free (17:28.50).

2015-16: Recorded top times of 1:53.32 in the 200-free; 5:03.41 in the 500-free; 18:04.50 in the 1650-free and 1:06.86 in the 100-breaststroke.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate of Rocky Mountain High, where as a senior, helped his team to a fourth-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle relay and recorded a 12th-place finish in the 200-yard free at the Idaho State High School Championships; had top times of 1:52.37 in the 200-free and 5:01.98 in the 500-free.

PERSONAL: Studying psychology; son of Todd and Alice Barsanti.
