AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Skaggs is in his third season with the Coyote baseball program.

2015: Used the season as a redshirt year; earned Cascade Conference All-Academic Team honors; played summer ball for the Yakima Valley Pippins of the West Coast Collegiate Baseball League, hitting .286 with 14 doubles, a homer and 29 RBI - leading the league with 39 walks and ranking third in doubles.

2014: Had a solid junior season, hitting .291, while leading the team with five home runs, 39 RBI, 22 walks, and 15 hit by pitches; opened the season with RBI in six-straight games, while recording 13 multi-hit games; hit home runs in back-to-back games at Lewis-Clark State; hit a walk-off grand slam in an 11-7 win over Menlo.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Spent two outstanding seasons at Treasure Valley CC, where he was named a second-team ABCA Pacific Associaton All-American in 2013 after hitting .321 with six homers, 13 doubles, and 37 RBI; also named an All-NWAACC and All-NWAACC Gold Glove selection, while being named MVP of the NWAACC East Division; hit .315 with two homers and 30 RBI as a freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Capital High, where he was an All-Southern Idaho Conference selection; played for the Boise Capitals American Legion program.

PERSONAL: Studying business; son of Steve and Pam Skaggs.
