PERSONAL:
Owen joined the Yote Fam from La Grande, OR where he was raised by Lance and Missy Rinker. Owen spent two years on the C of I Men's Soccer Team before transitioning to baseball. Owen is a member of the Gipson Honors Program, Campus Worship Team, Spanish Club, Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society Circle, Psi Chi International Honor Society of Psychology, National Society of Leadership and Success and has been an RA for two years. Aside from his efforts on the field, Owen is working hard in the classroom pursuing dual degrees in Psychology and Business with minors in Spanish, Health & Human Performance and Interdisciplinary Studies.  He chose The College of Idaho for several reasons, including its high academic reputation, the incredible sense of community, and to be a part of a very special community made up of versatile students from all walks of life.
