Biography

ACCOMPLISHMENTS AT C OF I:
2023: CCC Conference Champions and NAIA National Appearance.
 
HIGH SCHOOL:
3x Delta League Division 1 First-Team, 3x Elk Grove High School Boy's soccer player of the year, 2021 Manchester City Surf Cup Champions... in the classroom, Melo earned 4.0+ GPA Award and was recognized as an outstanding student athlete.
 
PERSONAL:
Joining the Yote Fam from Star, ID, Lucas was raised by Ernesto and Lisa Melo. Aside from his efforts on the pitch, Lucas is also working hard in the classroom in pursuit of a degree in Exercise Science. He chose The College of Idaho because of the “great soccer program it has to offer. Also, more importantly, the academic side of it. Specifically the PEAK program. I love the tight-knit community as well.”
