2022 (Cross Country): Selected to the CCC All-Academic Team....316th (8k, 33:57.5) at the NAIA Cross Country Championships...28th (8k, 26:35) at the CCC Cross Country Championships...49th (25:40.4) at the Lewis & Clark XC Invite...17th (8k, 25:41.5) at the Mike Johnson Classic...18th in at the EOU Open (6k, 19:30.2),

2022 (Track & Field): Did not compete. 

2021 (Cross Country): 24th (8k, 25:40.9) at the William Jessup Warrior Invitational...32nd (7k, 23:50.1) at the EOU Invitational.

2020 (Cross Country): Did not compete. 

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2020 graduate of Mount Spokane High, where he competed in both cross country and track; in cross country, raced at the Washington 3A state meet in 2018 and 2019 - placing 14th as a senior with a top 5,000-meter time of 15:48; in track, competed in distance events, clocking times of 4:39 in the 1,600-meters and 10:00 in the 3,200-meters.
