Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Truksa is in his fourth season with the Coyote track program.

2018: Placed ninth in the triple jump and 13th in the long jump at the Cascade Conference Championships; recorded top marks of 6.81 meters (22 feet, 4 inches) in the long jump and 12.33 meters (40 feet, 5 inches) in the triple jump; named to the CCC All-Academic Team, a Google Cloud Academic All-District 4 selection and a NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

2017: Qualified to compete in the long jump at the CCC Championships - posted a career best long jump distance of 6.06 meters at the Bronco Invitational; named to the CCC All-Academic Team.

2016: Placed tenth in the triple jump at the CCC Championships; had season-best marks of 5.84 meters (19 feet, 2 inches) in the long jump and 12.35 meters (40 feet, 6 inches) in the triple jump.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate of Caldwell High, where he placed tenth as a senior at the 4A state championships in the triple jump (41 feet, 1/2 inch); also recorded a long jump mark of 19 feet, 1/2 inch.
