AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Russell is in his third season with the Coyote men's basketball and track programs.

BASKETBALL: In 2019-20, played in 15 games as a reserve guard, recording two points and two rebounds in a win over Evergreen; added three rebounds in a home win over Walla Walla. In 2018-19, played in 13 games as a sophomore, averaging 1.1 points and 0.7 rebounds per game; recorded season-highs with seven points and six rebounds in win over Northwest Indian College.

TRACK: Did not compete during the 2020 indoor track season; qualified for the 2019 Cascade Conference Championships in the high jump (1.76 meters) and the triple jump (12.19 meters).

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Transferred to C of I after one season at Division III Redlands; averaged 4.3 points and 3.4 rebounds in 25 games; scored a season-high 17 points vs. Wisconsin-Whitewater.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2017 graduate of Bishop Kelly High, where he helped his team to three-straight 4A state tournament appearances, including state runner-up finishes in 2015 and 2016; earned All-Southern Idaho Conference honors as a senior; also competed in cross country and track as a prep.

PERSONAL: Mathematics major.
