Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Hawkins is in her second season with the Coyote track program.

2016: Qualified for the Cascade Conference Championships, taking eighth in the 400-meter (59.99), while also competing in the long jump (4.92 m / 16-1 3/4) and triple jump (10.21 m / 33-8 1/2); was a part of the 4x400-meter relay that won the league title and competed at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate of Vale High, where she helped her team to the Oregon 3A state title in the 4x400-meter relay and a second-place finish in the 4x100-meter relay; recorded a top mark of 34 feet, 10 inches in the triple jump; also ran cross country, and played both basketball and tennis; All-Eastern Oregon League basketball player, helped her team to the 2014 3A title.

PERSONAL: Studying exercise physiology; daughter of Steve and Becky Hawkins.
