Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Ford is in her fourth season with the Coyote track program; previously competed in cross country.

CROSS COUNTRY: In 2015, clocked a season best 5,000-meter time of 21:08 at the Inland Empire Classic.

TRACK: As a junior, recorded top-times of 14.06 in the 100-meters and 29.71 in the 200-meters, plus marks of 4.10 meters (13 feet, 5 inches) in the long jump and 9.49 meters (31 feet, 1 inch) in the triple jump; in 2017, had top times of 14.71 in the 100-meters and 29.58 in the 200-meters; in 2016, had top times of 2:37 in the 800-meters at NNU Invitational and 5:30 in the 1,500-meters at the EOU Team Challenge.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate of McMinnville High, where she ran cross country and track; had a top prep 1,600-meter time of 5:36.

PERSONAL: Studying pre-med; daughter of Christopher and Korey Ford.
