AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Lancaster is in her fifth season with the Coyote track and field program.

2021: Qualified for the NAIA National Championships in three events - indoor 60-meter hurdles (9.04 seconds), outdoor 100-meter hurdles (14.22) and 400-meter hurdles (1:03.20); won the Cascade Conference title in the 100-meter hurdles, placing ninth at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships; named to the CCC All-Academic Team.

2020: Qualified for the NAIA Indoor National Championships in the 60-meter hurdles, recording a season-best time of 8.99 seconds; also clocked a time of 1:43.96 in the 600-meters; named to the Cascade Conference All-Academic Team.

2019: Won the CCC title in the 100-meter hurdles, placing ninth at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships (14.10 seconds); also competed at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships in the 4x400-meter relay and the NAIA Indoor National Championships in the 60-meter hurdles (9.02 meters); placed fifth at the CCC Championships in the heptathlon (4,278 points) and the 400-meter hurdles (1:04.76); named to the CCC All-Academic Team.

2018: Had a banner freshman season, winning the CCC title in the 100-meter hurdles - qualifying for the NAIA Outdoor National Championships; had top times of 14.80 in the 100-meter hurdles and 1:05.35 in the 400-meter hurdles; indoors, qualified for the NAIA Indoor National Championships with a time of 8.99 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2017 graduate of Declo High, where she was a two-time 2A state champion in the 100-meter hurdles; also was the state runner-up as a junior and senior in the 300-meter hurdles; had top prep times of 14.81 seconds in the 100-meter hurdles and 45.34 seconds in the 300-meter hurdles.
