Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Duff is in her fourth season with the Coyote track and field program.

2021: Had a remarkable season, earning six Cascade Conference Athlete of the Week awards, an NAIA National Athlete of the Week award and earned three NAIA All-America honors; broke the school record in both the hammer throw (55.29 meters) and the weight throw (17.73 meters); earned NAIA All-America honors by placing fourth in the hammer throw at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships, sixth in the weight throw at the NAIA Indoor Natinoal Championships and eighth in the shot put at the NAIA Indoor National Championships; won the CCC hammer throw title, while placing second in the shot put (13.24 meters) and sixth in the discus (43.69 meters); named to the CCC All-Academic Team and a NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

2020: Qualified for the NAIA Indoor National Championships in the weight throw, placing tenth overall; established a weight throw school record with a mark of 17.44 meters at the Boise State Team Challenge; added a top shot put mark of 11.95 meters at the Ed Jacoby Invite; named to the Cascade Conference All-Academic Team and a NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

2019: Had a banner freshman season, earning All-CCC honors and qualifying for the NAIA Outdoor Championships in the discus; placed second at the CCC Championships in the discus (43.37 meters) and took fourth in the hammer throw (48.81 meters); had season-best marks of 11.33 meters in the shot put and 15.72 meters in the 20-pound weight throw.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2018 graduate of Culver High in Oregon, where she was a three-time 2A state champion; claimed the discus championship as a junior and senior, while winning the shot put title as a senior; had top marks of 39 feet, 1 inch in the shot put and 146 feet, 1 inch in the discus.

PERSONAL: Studying exercise science.
