AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Russell is in her fourth season with the Coyote cross country and track programs.

CROSS COUNTRY: In 2017, placed 17th at the Cascade Conference Championships and 86th at the NAIA National Championships; clocked a season-best time of 18:22 at the Warrior Invite; named to the CCC All-Academic Team. In 2016, competed in four meets and was a part of the travel team to both the CCC and NAIA National Championships; recorded a top 5,000-meter time of 18:36 at the Warrior Invite. In 2015, recorded a top 5,000-meter time of 18:51 at the Inland Empire Classic; was a part of the travel squad to compete at the NAIA National Championships.

TRACK: In 2018, earned a pair of All-CCC honors - winning the 3,000-meter steeplechase, while placing third in the 10,000-meters; also took sixth in the 5,000-meters; placed ninth in the finals of the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NAIA Championships...top times of 18:47 in the 5,000-meters, 40:31 in the 10,000-meters and 11:08 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase; named to the CCC All-Academic Team. In 2017, had a banner season, winning the CCC title in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and placing ninth in the event at the NAIA National Championships; clocked a career-best time of 11:11 in the steeple and 18:05 in the 5,000-meters. In 2016, qualified for the Cascade Conference Championships in the 5,000-meters, placing sixth with a time of 18:21.66. 

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate of Caldwell High, where she competed in both cross country and track; in cross country, won the 2014 4A District III title, placing 12th at the 4A state championships; in track, had top times of 5:21 in the 1,600-meters and 11:33 in the 3,200-meters.
