AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Thomas is in her fourth season with the Coyote track and field program.

2015: Had a banner junior season, earning three All-Cascade Conference honors and an NAIA All-America nod; indoors, qualified for the NAIA Championships in the pentathlon (3,159 points), placing 16th, also competing at Nationals in the 60-meter hurdles (9.17) and the distance medley relay; outdoors, at the CCC Championships, won the CCC heptathlon title (4,517 points) and helped the 4x100-meter relay team earn a win, while placing second in the 100-meter hurdles (14.58), third in the 400-meters, and fourth in both the 100-meters (12.80) and high jump (1.59 meters); qualified for the NAIA Championships in the 100-meter hurdles, while earning All-America honors as part of the seventh-place 4x400-meter relay team at Nationals.

2014: Qualified for the NAIA Outdoor Championships in the 100-meter hurdles, recording a personal-best time of 15.07; earned two All-Cascade Conference honors by placing second in the 100-meter hurdles and third in the high jump (5-feet, 1.25 inches) at the CCC Championships; also placed sixth in the heptathlon (3,778) and eighth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:07.29).

2013: Placed fourth at the CCC Championships in the 100-meter hurdles (15.74), while placing seventh in the 400-meter hurdles (1:06.23).

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Middleton High, where qualified for the 4A state championships as a junior and senior; as a junior, placed fifth in the 300-hurdles and seventh in the 100-hurdles, while as a senior, placed second in the 100-hurdles and sixth in the 300-hurdles; had top prep times of 15.28 in the 100-hurdles and 46.48 in the 300-hurdles.
