Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Messick is in her fourth season with the Coyote track program and spent three seasons with the Coyote women's soccer program.

2016: Had top marks of 13.65 seconds in the 100-meters and 28.40 seconds in the 200-meters.

2015:  Recorded top times of 14.16 in the 100-meters and 29.83 in the 200-meters; named to the Cascade Conference All-Academic Team.

2014: Missed the soccer season due to injury; competed during the indoor track season, recording top times of 8.97 in the 60-meters and 29.39 in the 200-meters.

2013: In soccer, appeared in six matches as a sophomore; in track, had a top 100-meter time of 14.04 and a top 200-meter time of 29.41.

2012: Appeared in seven matches during her freshman season; scored first collegiate goal as a freshman against Warner Pacific.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2012 graduate of Weiser High, where she helped her team to a runner-up finish in the 2011 3A state tournament; earned All-Snake River Valley Conference and 3A All-State honors.

PERSONAL: Studying chemistry; daughter of Holly Messick.
