CALDWELL, Idaho - The (RV) Yotes (21-7, 15-5 CCC) earned the number four seed in the Cascade Collegiate Conference Women's Basketball Tournament and will take on five seed (RV) Oregon Tech (18-10, 14-6 CCC) on Friday, February 27th at 8pm MT. The Yotes won both regular season matchups against the Hustlin' Owls. For the first time in CCC history, the entire tournament is hosted at the highest seed which for the 2025-26 season was Corban University.Â
Going into the tournament, the Yotes have their highest seed since the 2013-2014 seasons where the Yotes grabbed the third seed in that year's tournament. Ending the regular season with a three game win streak and winning eight of their last nine games, the Yotes look to turn heads in Salem, Oregon. Their tournament will begin with a familiar foe Oregon Tech which they defeated away 66-57 in January and then dramatically beat 60-57 in the final weekend of the regular season.
