Logan, Utah – #22 College of Idaho Lacrosse (3-1) regains their footing with a strong 23-7 win over Southern Utah (0-1). Hot hands all-around the field contributed to 15 total assists. Leading the charge in points with ten points was
Paul O'Neill. He put up five goals five assists for the Yotes.
Alex Ozuna also was a major contributor to the team with 8 points as he contributed 4 goals and 4 assists.
David Alvarado had a well-rounded day. He scored a goal, assisted two, picked up 14 ground balls, and won 19 faceoffs on the day.
Kip Childs, another all-around effort, scored 3 goals and assisted on another.
Ty Burnett had another stellar outing as he picked up ten ground balls.
Brady Steen also had a heavy hand in picking up 7 ground balls.
Next week, College of Idaho lacrosse will start conference play at home against the Pacific Lutheran Lutes (0-2). Game time is March 10 at 11:30am at Simplot Stadium in Caldwell.
