CALDWELL, Idaho - College of Idaho took less than three minutes to start its scoring efforts against Chico State en route to a 16-5 win in the debut for Yotes head coach Drake O'Neill on Friday night.
The Yotes would finish the first half with a seven-goal effort as they built a 7-1 lead in the first half.
The College of Idaho (1-0) offense saw seven-different goal scorers with Alex Ozuna leading the team with four. Teammate Paul O'Neill had five points - three goals and two assists in the win.
Next week, the College of Idaho Lacrosse team will host Puget Sound next on Saturday February, 24.
