SHUTOUT STORY: The 41-0 win over Eastern Oregon was the latest shutout in program history, last Saturday. The last shutout prior to that was when College of Idaho kept Rocky Mountain off the scoreboard on September 28, 2019 (42-0).
The last time that Eastern Oregon was kept off the scoreboard was 164 games ago - October 14, 2006.

STEADY AT ELEVEN: The Yotes remained at the No. 11 spot in this week's national poll after moving up six spots, last week. College of Idaho is joined in the top 25 by three other Frontier Conference foes including this week's opponent Carroll (No. 24). Also in the rankings are Rocky Mountain College (No. 20) and Montana Tech (No. 21).
Having been in the top 25 for five-straight weeks, College of Idaho has the 16th longest active streak. College of Idaho ended the 2021 season ranked in the final NAIA Top-25 Coaches Poll, earning the No. 25 spot in the ranking. C of I ended the 2018 season ranked No. 22, finished the 2019 season at No. 5 and the 2020 season at No. 15.

SECOND HALF SUCCESS: College of Idaho is outscoring its opponents, 90-19 in the second half with a 42-0 advantage in the fourth quarter. C of I has converted on third down on 18 of its 26 (69.2%) of its opportunities in the second half. The Yotes were 7-for-8, last Saturday, against Eastern Oregon. Plus, on all four of its second half drives, Opponents are 10 of 28 (35,7%) on third down in the second half.
DB/CASH: The College of Idaho picked off a pair of passes, last week, against Eastern Oregon. The four interceptions rank fourth in the Frontier Conference. Since 2018, College of Idaho has had at least one game with multiple interceptions. The interception by
Dorian Hardin against EOU was the second of his career. His last interception came against Ottawa on November 23, 2019 as a freshman.
ALL ABOARD ALLAMAR: Boise native and junior running back
Allamar Alexander became the latest College of Idaho ball carrier to have a career-best game in back-to-back weeks. After a career-best day, the previous week against SOU by Hunter GIlbert, Alexander had a career day against EOU with 21 carries for 145 yards and three touchdowns against the Mountaineers. The pair of three TD games by Alexander and Gilbert are the first duo to have three TD games in a game since 2017 when
Nick Calzaretta (5) and Darius Peterson (3) found the end zone against Montana Tech (November 4).

PAYDIRT: In nine-consecutive games, College of Idaho has scored at least one rushing touchdown including a six-touchdown effort against Montana Western (October 23, 2021). Furthermore, the C of I have had a rushing TD in 13 of its last 14 games.

BALL-HAWKING OFFENSE: The College of Idaho offense compiled a 14:58 advantage in time of possession against Eastern Oregon. The biggest advantage by the Yotes since a 16:24 margin in the 29-3 win against Southern Oregon, last season on September 18.
WELCOME TO COLLEGE FOOTBALL: Torey Watkins, a freshman tight end from Glacier Peak, Washington, made his first collegiate catch - a memorable one - against Eastern Oregon. The first-year tight end caught a two-yard pass from
Andy Peters that put C of I ahead 27-0 with 4:31 left in the third quarter.

STIFLING DEFENSE: Through the first four games, the College of Idaho defense has allowed 363 yards on the ground on 100 carries with a two games under 100 yards. The Yotes defense have allowed over 100 yards in just 11 of the last 26 games dating back to the 2019 season.
