SHUTOUT STORY: The 41-0 win over Eastern Oregon was the latest shutout in program history, last Saturday. The last shutout prior to that was when College of Idaho kept Rocky Mountain off the scoreboard on September 28, 2019 (42-0). The last time that Eastern Oregon was kept off the scoreboard was 164 games ago - October 14, 2006.

STEADY AT ELEVEN: The Yotes remained at the No. 11 spot in this week's national poll after moving up six spots, last week. College of Idaho is joined in the top 25 by three other Frontier Conference foes including this week's opponent Carroll (No. 24). Also in the rankings are Rocky Mountain College (No. 20) and Montana Tech (No. 21). Having been in the top 25 for five-straight weeks, College of Idaho has the 16th longest active streak. College of Idaho ended the 2021 season  ranked in the final NAIA Top-25 Coaches Poll, earning the No. 25 spot in the ranking. C of I ended the 2018 season ranked No. 22, finished the 2019 season at No. 5 and the 2020 season at No. 15. Complete poll is on page two of the release.

His last interception came against Ottawa on November 23, 2019 as a freshman.

ALL ABOARD ALLAMAR: Boise native and junior running back Allamar Alexander became the latest College of Idaho ball carrier to have a career-best game in back-to-back weeks. After a career-best day, the previous week against SOU by Hunter GIlbert, Alexander had a career day against EOU with 21 carries for 145 yards and three touchdowns against the Mountaineers. The pair of three TD games by Alexander and Gilbert are the first duo to have three TD games in a game since 2017 when Nick Calzaretta (5) and Darius Peterson (3) found the end  zone against Montana Tech (November 4).
