POCATELLO, Idaho – The College of Idaho women's track and field teams posted more season-best improvements at the Bengal Invite on Saturday.
Among the improvements were
Sage Martin, who took third in the 5,000m run with a NAIA "B" qualifying time of 17:40.81. Plus, Kierstin Lancaster posted a season-best and the 13
th fastest time on the season to date in the NAIA, finishing sixth in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.30.
Zoe Butler improved on her season-best time in the 400m dash with a time of 59.04 en route to a sixth-place finish.
Abbey Shirts took seventh in the 1,500m run with a time of 4:43.52, plus for the Yotes'
Kahea Figueira (4:58.50),
Charlie Duff (5:05.03) were able to post season-best times.
Larissa Mauer took ninth in the 3,000m steeplechase with a season-best time of 11:25.04.
The Yotes took sixth in both the 4x100-meter relay with a season-best time of 48.48 and 4x400-meter relay with a season-best time of 4:00.11
Catylynn Duff was sixth in the hammer throw (166-11 / 50.88m), eighth in the discus (128-8 / 39.23m) and ninth in the shot put (40-7 ½ / 12.38m)
