Tingelstad Honored as CCC Runner of the Week

CORVALLIS, Ore. - College of Idaho freshman Ellyse Tingelstad was honored today as Embrace Health/Santiam Hospital Cascade Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week, announced today by the league office.

The Oregon native led the Yotes to the team title at last Friday's LCSC Winter Invitational, placing second overall with a personal-best 5,000-meter time of 17:46.

C of I will take this weekend off, preparing for the Walla Walla Invitational on March 12.
