CALDWELL, Idaho - College of Idaho head coach Dom Bolin has been named the USTFCCCA Cross Country West Region Women's Coach of the Year for the third consecutive season after guiding the Yotes to their seventh straight Cascade Conference championship and another top national finish.
The Yotes placed six runners on the all-conference team, all finishing inside the top 15. Kylee Quinton led the group in third at 21:49.2, followed by Julia Gilbert in fourth at 21:54.7. Rozzlyn Cazier was seventh in 22:17.6, while freshmen Paiten Braseth (11th, 22:35.6), Josie Patton (14th, 22:37.4) and Ainsley Bowen (15th, 22:45.6) closed out the scoring lineup.
College of Idaho carried its momentum into the NAIA National Championships on Nov. 21, placing fifth overall and narrowly missing a spot on the podium. The finish capped a season in which a young roster continued to perform among the nation's best.
Bolin's third straight regional honor highlights the consistent success and depth that have defined the Yotes program under his leadership.
