PLAYOFF GAMES TO AIR ON 1350 KTIK-AM: The Coyotes and Cumulus Radio have partnered to broadcast all C of I games in the NAIA Football Championship Series live on 1350 KTIK-AM. The Voice of the Yotes, Mike Safford, will have the play-by-play from Des Moines, beginning 15 minutes prior to kickoff. The Road to the Championship is presented by U.S. Bank.

TRAVEL INFORMATION: The Coyotes will be flying directly from Boise to Des Moines on Friday morning (
a limited number of ticket packages on the charter flight are available) – with the team staying in downtown Des Moines at the Holiday Inn Downtown Mercy Campus (1050 6th Ave. / 515-283-0151). Saturday's game will be held at Duke Williams Stadium (
1591 E University Ave.), with all seating general admission ($10 for adults, $5 for students – with tickets only available game day - no online ticket sales will be available). The Yotes will be returning to the Treasure Valley immediately after the game, landing in the Treasure Valley around 8 p.m.

LATE NOVEMBER GAMES: The Nov. 30 game date is the latest in the season the Yotes have played since 1953 – when the Yotes played in the Refrigerator Bowl (Dec. 6). The Yotes have played on Nov. 30 twice – in 1946 at Lewis & Clark and in 1951, at the University of Hawaii.

GAMES AGAINST TEAMS OUTSIDE THE NORTHWEST: C of I has played the bulk of their games over the 75-year history of the program in a five state region – Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Utah – traveling outside the area just 11 times. The Yotes have played four games in California – 1937 at San Jose State (L 59-0), 1953 at Mather AFB in Sacramento (W 64-0), 1958 at Humboldt State (L 30-12) and at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (L 53-0); two games at Eastern New Mexico in Portales (losing 34-12 in 1954 and 13-7 in 1956) and two games in Colorado, losing 46-13 at Western State in 1957 and 41-14 to Northern Colorado in 2017. C of I played single games in Honolulu – a 31-13 loss at Hawaii in 1951 – a 55-20 win at the University of Mexico in Mexico City in 1952, and the 14-12 loss to Sam Houston State in Evansville, Ind., in the 1953 Refrigerator Bowl.
