SALEM, Ore. – Four different College of Idaho players recorded a pair of victories, as the Lady Yotes picked up their first win of the season, dominating Willamette University, 8-1, at the WU Tennis Courts.

Sisters
Erin Huffman and
Megan Huffman picked up C of I's first win, teaming to blank the Bearcats (0-2) Hannah Andres and Mina Mizutani at No. 2 doubles, 8-0.
Erin Huffman added a 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 3 singles over Alexis Gjurasic and
Megan Huffman dominated Mizutani at No. 4, 6-2, 6-0.
Allie Boyd and
Vanessa Almaraz followed suit, stopping Katie Adams and Naomi Guz Guz at No. 3 doubles, 8-1, with Boyd stopping Alyssa Oberg at No. 5 singles, 6-3, 6-0 and Almaraz topping Adams at No. 6, 6-2, 6-0.
Other winners for the Yotes were
Alex Sorte at No. 1 singles (6-2, 6-0 over Mikaila Smith) and
Allie Boyd at No. 2 singles (6-2, 6-0 over Andres.
The Coyotes return to action in two weeks, playing neutral site matches in Boise vs. Lewis-Clark State and Montana State.
