AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Draper is in his second season with the Coyote baseball program.

2016: Earned All-NAIA West honors after leading the staff with a 10-4 record and a 2.30 ERA, striking out 85 men in 109.1 innings; twice named NAIA West Grouping Pitcher of the Week (Feb. 1-7 and April 11-17); tossed six innings of one-hit ball, striking out 11 in a win over Minot State on Feb. 5; tossed eight innings of one-hit ball in a win over Oregon Tech on March 12; picked up a win over Madonna at the NAIA Championships on May 18; during the summer, named Pitcher of the Year in the West Coast League, going 8-0 with a 0.72 ERA for the Yakima Valley Pippins; earned the start in the WCL All-Star Game; did not allow an earned run in the month of July, tossing 35 shutout innings.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Transferred to C of I after two seasons at the College of Southern Idaho; in 2015, posted a 7-5 record with a 2.30 ERA in 15 starts, striking out 69 men in 86 innings - tossed a three-hit shutout at Colorado Northwestern; was 3-4 with a 3.82 ERA as a freshman, recording 31 strikeouts in 27.2 innings pitched; named an honorable mention All-Region 18 selection; initially signed to play at the University of Central Florida.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2013 graduate of West Jordan High, where he was a two-time Utah 5A All-State selection; played summer ball for the Salt Lake Gulls.

PERSONAL: Studying anthropology/sociology; son of Russell and Tammy Draper.
