ACCOMPLISHMENTS AT C OF I: 
Germer is in his second season with the Coyote men's basketball program. During his time here, he has achieved a Final Four finish (2024), a CCC regular season championship (2024), and a National Tournament appearance (2024).

2023-24: Played in 34 games, starting in none… averaged 12.2 minutes per game, making 37.7% of his shots from the field… scored a total of 163 points, averaging 4.8 points per game… recorded 14 assists, averaging 0.4 assists per game… contributed 62 rebounds, with 21 offensive and 41 defensive… registered 15 steals and 2 blocks… had a free-throw percentage of 70.4% (19 of 27)… made 34 three-pointers throughout the season.

PRIOR TO C OF I:
Spent the last two years at NCAA Division I Montana State University where he redshirted in 2021-22. He saw action in 10 games, scoring 10 points each in wins over Warner Pacific and Northwest. Germer scored over 1,000 points in his high school career, as well as earning the title of leading scorer in Montana AA ball with 24.1 points per game. The two time Big Sky Conference champion was named the Montana High School Max Preps Player of the Year in 2020-21 after a standout career at Sentinel High School. In high school, he was a two-year Class AA All-State First Team selection and Second Team recipient as a sophomore. Germer helped guide the Spartans go 17-3 en route to the Class AA semifinals as a senior, plus he knocked down 44% of his 3-point attempts and shot over 50% from the field… in the classroom at Sentinel High School, Germer appeared on the Dean's List, honor roll, and earned a 3.5 GPA.
 
PERSONAL:
Joining the Yote Fam from Missoula, MT, Alex was raised by Chad and Amy Germer. Aside from his efforts on the court, Alex is also working hard in the classroom in pursuit of a degree in Business Administration. He chose The College of Idaho because of the winning basketball program, great community, and strong academics.
